Shippy Properties is a property management company based in Austin, Texas with over 15 multifamily properties across the state.

They were looking for a brand refresh for their parent company and brand books for each of their subsidiaries. They needed each property to have a distinct visual and verbal identity, that still fit under the brand identity of the parent company. We visited each property and conducted research in order to create and update strategic branding and brand messaging for each company under the Shippy umbrella. We then produced a comprehensive brand architecture to outline how the brands relate to one another.
